RETURNS

Returning your purchase for Repair:

  • Complete and return the FAMARS guarantee acknowledgement for provided with your purchase.
  • A $50 labor charge may be assigned to products returned where no fault was found.
  • Customer is solely responsible if Merchandise is damaged in shipping. Any such repair will be subject to standard “out of guarantee” rates.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs and insurance for returning merchandise for repair to FAMARS.
  • We are not responsible for returned items lost during shipping. Make sure adequate insurance coverage is included in your shipment.
  • Returns are valid for no more than 15 (fifteen) days from date of receipt.
  • FAMARS cannot guarantee that any Returned Merchandise will be delivered on a specific date.
  • FAMARS will attempt to ship Returned Merchandise within 7 to 10 working days of receiving the return.
  • Original FAMARS box must not be defaced or altered in any way.
  • Merchandise initially returned as defective, where defect cannot be verified, may incur a repair fee.
  • Shipping charges incurred by FAMARS are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • We are not responsible for returned items lost during shipping.
  • Customers will receive less than full credit on any merchandise returned to sender as either refused or undeliverable (other than freight damaged goods) due to return shipping charges incurred by FAMARS.

Returning Merchandise for Refund:

  • NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR REFUND. REPLACEMENT ONLY.

FAMARS Clothing & Accessories Return Policy:

You may return your new or unused product within 30 days of purchase with original FAMARS receipt or online packing slip. Refunds will be made in the form of company check or a Gift Certificate for use on FAMARS.COM. If an item is returned more than 30 days after purchase, are turn will be administered in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase. All returns must be accompanied by Return Form and original receipt or packing slip.

  1. Complete the Return Form.
  2. Repack Merchandise. Package the merchandise in its original container, if available. Enclose the completed Return Form and original FAMARS receipt or packing slip.
  3. Ship.
